Terms of Sale

These terms apply to this website and to our quotations and sales. Where a signed quotation, order confirmation or contract says something different, that document governs.
01About us
Yancheng Fujiheng Power Machinery Co., Ltd. (盐城富士恒动力机械有限公司) manufactures and exports engines, generator sets, water pumps, garden machinery, agricultural machinery and compact construction machinery. Our nearest loading port is Shanghai.
02Products, images and specifications
Photographs, model tables and specification figures are published to describe our range as accurately as we can at the time of publication. We may change design, materials or specification without notice as part of product improvement, and small differences may exist between a photograph and the delivered machine. The specification confirmed in your order confirmation governs.
03Quotations
A quotation states how long it is valid and in which currency. If no validity period is stated, please confirm with us before relying on it, because material prices and freight rates move.
04Orders
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, for example by order confirmation or proforma invoice. Please check the model, configuration, quantity and destination on that document carefully and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
05Prices, payment and delivery
Prices, the payment method and schedule, the delivery terms and the estimated lead time are those set out in the quotation or order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties, taxes or destination charges. We currently accept payment by T/T; other methods are agreed case by case.
06Inspection and claims
Please inspect the goods when they arrive and tell us in writing, with photographs, as soon as you find a problem. We will investigate and respond. Claims made long after delivery, or after the goods have been altered or used outside their intended purpose, may be difficult or impossible for us to verify.
07Warranty and spare parts
The warranty period and its scope are those stated in the order confirmation. Spare parts and technical support are available on request; wear parts and consumables are normally excluded from warranty.
08Customization
We offer drawing-based, sample-based and full customization, including colour and material options. Once you approve a drawing or sample, that approval defines what we produce. Customized goods cannot normally be cancelled once production has started.
09Intellectual property
Our name, the FSH mark, our photographs, drawings and specification documents remain our property. You may not reuse them for your own promotion without our written permission. Where we manufacture for your own brand, ownership of your marks stays with you.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost production, lost profit or delay costs.
11Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms, and are not liable for delay, if performance is prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, pandemics, war, transport interruption, strikes, export or import restrictions, or delays caused by a supplier or carrier.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in Yancheng, Jiangsu.
13Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version in force for your order is the one in effect when the order is confirmed, together with your order confirmation.
