01Who we are

02What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. If you contact us through a marketplace storefront, a trade fair, email or messaging apps, that channel has its own terms and its own privacy notice.

03What we collect

We collect only what you type into the enquiry form, plus the page you submitted it from:

• Name (required) and company
• Email address (required)
• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Country
• Product family you are interested in, and the quantity you have in mind
• Your message (required)
• The page of this website you sent the form from

04What we do not collect

You do not need an account to use this website, and we do not create a profile of you.

Apart from the visit measurement described under “Cookies and measurement”, we run no advertising, remarketing or social tracking scripts, and there is no social login or embedded video player on any page.

If you sign in to the staff area of this website, the sign-in session is kept in your own browser storage so you stay signed in. That applies to staff accounts only, never to visitors.

05Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages are actually read, so we can tell whether the catalogue is useful. It stores first-party cookies in your browser and reports to Google the pages you view, an approximate location, the device and browser you used, and the site that referred you. Google processes that data for us as a processor.

On your first visit we ask whether you accept this. Until you accept, the tag runs in a restricted mode: it sets no cookies and stores no identifier for you, so the visit cannot be linked to you or to a later visit. Declining, or simply not answering, leaves it in that state.

If you accept and later change your mind, the “Cookie settings” link in the footer brings the question back and you can decline then. Google Analytics never receives your name, company, email address, phone number, country or the content of your enquiry. We have not enabled advertising, remarketing or audience-sharing features, and we do not run it on the staff area.

You can also block it with any browser content blocker or with Google’s own opt-out add-on, and the website works exactly the same either way. If you would rather we did not measure your visit at all, tell us and we will treat your address as excluded.

06Why we use it

We use your enquiry to answer you: to reply to your question, to work out a suitable model and quotation, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into an order or a long-term supply relationship. We do not use your details for advertising.

07Our legal basis

Where data protection law requires us to name a legal basis: we rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry that you have chosen to send us. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, and we will stop using your details.

08Who can see it

Staff

Your enquiry is visible only to signed-in members of our staff whose accounts are on our internal allowlist. It is not public, and it cannot be read with the public key that ships with this website.

Service providers

We store enquiries in a database hosted by Supabase, in its Singapore (ap-southeast-1) region, acting as our data processor. If an enquiry notification is sent by email, it is delivered through Resend, which receives the content of the enquiry so it can be delivered to our sales inbox.

Visit measurement is handled by Google Analytics, which receives the pages viewed and technical details of your browser, but none of your enquiry details. It is described under “Cookies and measurement”.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

09How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any business relationship that follows. If you would like it deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.

10Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to Noahsun@fujihengpower.com and we will act on your request.

11Security

The enquiry database is not readable with the public key used by this website. Access requires a signed-in staff account, staff permissions are limited to reading enquiries and changing their handling status, and staff accounts cannot alter the text of an enquiry. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

12Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

13Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its effective date.
