Quality
Certifications, testing and quality control
Every unit we build passes through a defined sequence of operations, with inspection at material intake and again at the end of the line. This page sets out what is checked, how it is recorded, and which documents are issued with an order.
01Quality management in production
Quality control is part of the production process rather than a final step. The procedures applied to every order are:
- Material inspection records — incoming components are inspected and the result is recorded before they enter the line.
- Supplier assessment — component suppliers are assessed against defined criteria.
- Quality management process in place — production is run to documented process standards rather than to individual judgement.
- Defined product inspection method — each product family has a stated inspection method.
- Pre-shipment testing — every unit is tested before it is packed for shipment.
02Where inspection happens
At material intake
Components are checked on arrival and the findings are recorded. Anything that does not meet the recorded specification does not go into assembly.
During assembly
Work moves through punching, drilling, welding, pipe bending, pressure bearing and the assembly line, then to the painting room and labelling. Each stage follows the same process standard, which is what keeps a repeat order consistent with the first one.
Before packing
Each unit is tested before packing. Engines are supplied with recoil or electric start and TCI ignition; generating sets are configured for the frequency and voltage of the destination market; pump sets are assembled and checked as complete units.
03Conformity for your market
Requirements differ by destination, so configuration is confirmed per order rather than assumed. Send us the destination market and the standard the equipment has to meet, and the configuration plus the documents that apply to that market are confirmed in the quotation.
- Frequency and voltage — 50 Hz and 60 Hz, rated 110/120/220/230/240 V single phase and 220/380 V three phase, so a single range covers different export markets.
- Destinations we already supply — Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Australia; nearest port Shanghai Port.
- Customization — build to drawing, to sample, or to a specification developed with you, including paint colour, decals and component materials.
04Documents issued with an order
- Full catalogue specification row for every model ordered, as published on the model page.
- Data sheet for the specific build, available on request.
- Material inspection and pre-shipment test records for the order.
- Packing and loading details, including units per 20 ft and 40 ft container where published.
05Frequently asked questions
What quality control applies to production?
Material inspection records at intake, supplier assessment, a documented quality management process, a defined inspection method for each product family, and pre-shipment testing before packing.
Is every unit tested before shipment?
Yes. Each unit is tested before it is packed for shipment, and the inspection is part of the order record.
What documentation is available for a specific model?
Every model page publishes the full catalogue row for that model — output, engine, displacement, weight and packing dimensions. A data sheet for the specific build is available on request.
How do I confirm a unit meets my market's requirements?
Tell us the destination market and the standard the equipment has to meet. The configuration and the documentation that applies are confirmed in the quotation before the order is placed.
Can the equipment be built to our own specification?
Yes — to drawing, to sample, or to a specification developed jointly, including paint colour, decals and component materials.
